QC Stability Co-Ordinator (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Creative Resourcing, a specialist recruiter working within the manufacturing sector are currently seeking a QC Stability Co-Ordinator to work for one of our prestigious pharmaceutical clients.


To be responsible for managing the QC Chemistry Stability Programme, to supply quality stability data to support commercial manufacture of existing products and trial batches, on time, in full and too the expected standard, to comply with global regulatory requirements. To review and approve analytical documents.

Key Results areas are:

To provide specialist knowledge to support the generation of quality stability data in compliance with Current Good Laboratory Practise (cGLP), Current Good Manufacturing Practise (cGMP), Health & safety, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and environmental and regulatory requirements;
To deliver customer service by coordinating and scheduling stability studies in an efficient and timely manner;
To complete all QC batch documentation, right first time, i.e. correct and in full, in order to achieve customer service and GMP;
To provide training and guidance to other members of the department;
To lead laboratory investigations in accordance with company procedure.


Applicants should have the following experience/qualifications:

Must have a HND or above in a relevant science discipline;
Previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry;
Knowledge of pharmaceutical stability programme management;
Knowledge of cGMP/ cGLP;
Knowledge of regulatory bodies/ customer requirements;
Experience in Laboratory Analytical Techniques;
Experience in Laboratory Instrumentation (FT-IR, UV-Vis, HPLC, TOC, DSC).
