The initial stages….

We very much like the opportunity to meet with our clients.  We believe that finding the right person for the job extends much further than a job description and the dynamics of your organisation is important to us.  Our firsthand knowledge of your company will enable us to find that perfect match every time.

Once this process has been completed, we can then advise on how best to find that ideal candidate; database search, managed advertising campaign or search & selection (headhunting).

We interview candidates on a non-vacancy specific basis in order to understand exactly our candidate’s needs and requirements are. 

Finally, we establish a timeframe for the selection process, in order to meet the required start date.

 

Finding that perfect match…

Though the use of our online advertising, CV database searches and networking, we will attract an abundance of candidates. We will then create a shortlist of the most suitable applicants through CV and telephone screening, face to face interviews and referencing.

We will manage the whole recruitment process from the first interview to job offer and from resignation, through the notice period to the start date of the successful candidate.

The entire process, from our initial briefing through to 1st interview stage should take no longer than 10 days.
